Covid Protocols – January 2022

We are grateful to be part of the Princeton community and are doing all we can to care for the health and wellness of our community, guests, and team members.

Our health screening process for both guests and team members will be one of self regulation.   With our self-enforcing policy we ask guests and team members to self-monitor for symptoms and reschedule if they are experiencing any. 

Previously we asked guests to limit the use of cash.  At this time feel free to process your service payment with cash or credit.  If you choose to share a gratuity with your service providers please exchange that with them directly via cash or Venmo as we cannot add gratuities to a credit card payment for service.

At the time of booking, a deposit is needed for color services and we ask you to understand that lateness, no show, or cancellation within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of all booked appointments.
