2020 Update

To help you be prepared for your first visit back to the salon we’ve put together an overview of what to expect.

We are grateful to be a part of the Princeton community and are doing all we can to care for the health and wellness of our community, guests, and team members. For starters, our entire team has completed the necessary training to become certified in infection control, and we are now using a hospital grade, EPA certified, eco-friendly disinfectant to prepare the salon for each guest.

Additionally, to comply with limitations related to social distancing and to protect our guests and team, we will limit total capacity in the salon to adhere to necessary guidelines. Please be flexible with us as we ask you to understand the following:

  • We will operate according to federal and state guidelines and therefore guests will need to wear a mask or facial covering that meets CDC guidelines in order to enter the salon.
  • We will have all guests and team members complete a temperature check with a touchless thermometer upon arrival.
  • We will ask all guests and team members not to enter the salon if they have had a cough, fever, or have been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms in the last 14 days, or if they are living with anyone who is quarantined.
  • We ask all team members and guests to wash their hands upon arriving at the salon, and team members will maintain this practice routinely throughout their shift.
  • We will ask that only the guest having services be present in the salon, with the exception of a parent being present with a minor scheduled for a service. Those not being serviced will need to wait outside until their stylist is ready.
  • Please notify us of your arrival in town approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can confirm when your stylist will be ready for you to enter the salon.
  • We will need a 50% deposit at time of booking as appointments are limited, and we ask you to understand that lateness, no show, or cancellation within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked appointment.
  • For service payments, will ask guests to minimize the exchange of cash if possible by using credit transactions or checks.
  • Should you choose to leave a gratuity, we cannot add a tip to a credit card payment for service. Venmo, Apple Pay, checks or cash are options for gratuities.
  • Please allow yourself additional time to arrive in Princeton. Some local streets have been adjusted to create outside seating to support our restaurant neighbors. This has reduced street parking and Witherspoon Street is now operating one way from Nassau St. to Spring St.
  • While our team is working in smaller groups, please consider utilizing the parking garage as we may not have team members available to fill expiring parking meters.
